At Millie Savage, we want you to love your handcrafted jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for store credit or exchange on all standard collection pieces. Please note that custom commissions and resized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization number and provide your order details.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the jewelry is in its original, unworn condition and securely place it back in its original Millie Savage velvet box and protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your item back to our Melbourne studio for quality inspection.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our artisans have verified the condition of the piece, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
